Charles Harris | CH3 Art

Charles Harris is a contemporary artist from Baltimore, MD, whose journey into the art world began in childhood. At just five years old, he was already drawing stick figures, and by second and third grade, he was creating imaginative scenes from religious movies. Sketching became a constant companion throughout his life, and though he later found success as a professional trainer and gym owner for over 25 years, art remained his first love.

At the age of 59, Charles embraced painting—a new medium that allowed him to dive deeper into abstract, thought-provoking creations. His work invites viewers to reflect and discover something about themselves, transcending cultures and personal experiences. With an associate degree in graphic arts, he blends technical skill with a passion for creativity.

For Charles, art is about expressing emotions without words and finding peace and purpose in creativity. He hopes to inspire others to return to what they love, reminding them it’s never too late to pursue their passions fully.
